Milford Police searching for man wanted in connection to stabbing

MILFORD, Del. – Milford Police are asking for help in locating a man wanted in connection to a stabbing.

Shortly before 10 p.m. Sunday, officers were called to the 200 block of Tull Way for a reported domestic related stabbing. At the scene, officers found a female victim and rendered aid until she was taken to a nearby hospital, where she is listed in critical but stable condition.

Police are actively searching for the suspect, identified as 37-year-old Derrick Legree. Legree is wanted for attempted murder and other felony subjects.
