Kyle Evans Gay holds lead in Del. Lieutenant Governor race

DELAWARE – Kyle Evans Gay is projected to win the Delaware Lieutenant Governor’s race.

With nearly 100% of the precincts reporting, Gay is in the lead with 55% of the vote. Ruth Briggs King holds just under 45%.

Senator Kyle Evans Gay spoke to our Rob Petree, saying she’s grateful to the voters.

“I am just so grateful for all the work that has gone into this. I feel proud of the race that we’ve run. I’m grateful for the voters, and I just think, what a great turn out, what a great enthusiasm to choose the next chapter for Delaware.”
