GREENWOOD, Del. – The Caroline County Sheriff’s Office has charged a Greensboro pair for reckless endangerment involving two minor children.

We’re told the investigation began in August and revealed that Joshua Murphy and Dawn Brickey, who are the parents of two minor children, were allegedly engaging in illicit narcotic activity while being the sole providers to the children in three separate incidents.

On November 6th, Murphy and Brickey were served with arrest warrants, charging each with six counts of reckless endangerment. Murphy was held without bond, while Brickey was released on her personal recognizance pending trial.
