GMD: UWLES celebrates 80th anniversary

MARYLAND – United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore is celebrating its 80th year of local impact while participating in Shore Gives More with the Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore on Giving Tuesday.

To support much of their community work, they’re also preparing for their largest fundraiser, the annual Holiday Ball, on Saturday, December 7th.

Sonya Whited, the board chairwoman, and Pam Gregory President and CEO of UWLES joined Good Morning Delmarva to explain more about the work that they do.
