Fruitland PD officers recognized for impaired driving initiatives

FRUITLAND, Md. – Four Fruitland Police officers are being honored for keeping impaired drivers off the roads.

Officers Harrington, De Meo, Gaba, and Sergeant Jackson made a combined total of 152 impaired driving arrests in the last year. They were recognized at the 2024 Mothers Against Drunk Driving Mid-Atlantic Law Enforcement awards ceremony.
