Five month long drug investigation leads to arrest of Dover man
DOVER, Del. – A Dover man is behind bars following a five-month drug investigation.
On Thursday, law enforcement executed a search warrant at an apartment in the Dover Estates, which was obtained during an investigation into 36-year-old Samuel Seymour and the distribution of illegal narcotics from the apartment. During the search, detectives reportedly discovered that Seymour threw narcotics out of the apartment window.
During the search of the apartment and Seymour’s vehicle led to the discovery of approximately 862.56 grams of powder cocaine, approximately 31.92 grams of crack cocaine, a digital scale, drug paraphernalia, and nearly $4,000 in suspected drug money.
Seymour was subsequently charged with two counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, tampering with physical evidence, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
