Cambridge-SD battles back to cap off perfect regular season
CAMBRIDGE, Md. – Cambridge-SD was able to get a hard-fought win against Easton, 27-24, Friday night to finish off a 9-0 regular season.
Michael O’Connor threw for a 27-yard touchdown to Chase Raab, as the Warriors strike first.
Sterling Perkins took a handoff for a 56-yard rush touchdown, to tie the score at 7-7.
O’Connor on the quarterback keeper would find the end zone, putting the Warriors back on top momentarily.
Anthony Hughes came right back with a big play for Cambridge, scrambling his way in for six, nodding the score at 14-14.
The Vikings would come back the second half to beat Easton and finish off the regular season undefeated.
