Cambridge Police arrest wanted fraud suspect in Pennsylvania

1280 Nalley

CAMBRIDGE, Md. – Cambridge Police arrested a wanted man in Pennsylvania on Thursday.

We’re told 44-year-old Melvin Nalley was arrested at the Lebanon County Detention Center in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, on an active Dorchester County District Court Arrest Warrant. The warrant stems from an investigation that began in February of this year, when officers were called to the Summit Community Bank for a reported fraud. It was learned that Nalley went into the bank to complete a transaction when he reportedly produced a fake Delaware license. When bank employees told Nalley that the ID was fake, he reportedly fled the area on foot.

Further investigation led police to identify Nalley as the suspect, and warrants were obtained for attempted credit card apply for false ID, fraud ID information theft $100 to under $1500, possession/use false government ID document, and attempted theft less than $100. He was held without bond.
