Weekend house fire in Caroline Co. under investigation

GREENSBORO, Md. – Maryland State Fire Marshals are investigating a weekend house fire in Greensboro.

We’re told the fire broke out just after 9 p.m. Saturday, at 11949 Greensboro Road. Crews were able to extinguish the blaze in under 30 minutes.

Investigators say the fire began outside of the residence and has been determined to be incendiary. Total damage has been estimated at $40,000.
