Wanted Bridgeville man arrested on drug charges

MILFORD, Del. – Milford Police arrested a Bridgeville man last week on numerous drug charges.

During the afternoon hours of October 8th, officers stopped a vehicle in the 400 block of NW Front Street, meeting with the driver, 22-year-old James Eley, who reportedly had two active warrants. A K-9 scan of the vehicle led to a positive alert of illegal narcotics.

A subsequent search led police to recover approximately 29.09 grams of crack cocaine (a Tier 3 quantity).

Eley was held on a $40,500 secured bail on multiple charges from Milford Police, as well as a $22,000 unsecured bail on the two outstanding warrants and a $9,000 cash bail on a violation of probation.
