Seaford Police Department hosting it’s annual National Night Out

SEAFORD, Del. — The Seaford Police Department is hosting its National Night Out against crime and drugs on October 10th.

The event will run from 5 to 7 pm on the grounds of the Seaford Police and the Western Sussex Boys and Girls Club on Virginia Ave.

Attendees can enjoy free food, entertainment, and activities for all ages.

There will even be a raffle for kids to enter for a chance to win a bike.

Lieutenant Little tells WMDT why they host this event each year.

Lieutenant Little says “It’s a good chance for the community to come out and see the officers in a little bit of a different light but also at the same time learn a little bit more about what we do.”
