Rehoboth PD detective completes DSP program

REHOBOTH BEACH, Del. – The Rehoboth Beach Police Department is recognizing Detective Brian Reynolds for successfully completing the three week Delaware State Police Leadership Development Program.

The course focused on providing leaders with tools to help them improve their organizations.
