OCFD cuts ribbon to new fire station

OCEAN CITY, Md. – The Ocean City Fire Department opened up its new Midtown fire station.
Community member and current and former members of OCFD came together to cut the ribbon to this new state of the art station. The old station on 74th street was decommissioned, and the new station officially went into service Sunday afternoon.
The stunning facility has all the new bells and whistles, like a large decontamination area, a comprehensive fitness center and expanded apparatus bays.
