Milford burglary investigation leads to two arrests

MILFORD, Del. – Milford Police have arrested a pair in connection to a recent burglary.

At around 7:45 a.m. Sunday, officers were called to a residence in the 500 block of S.E. 2nd Street for a reported burglary. On arrival, police found a broken window with a chair underneath the home, and found two suspects inside. Officers also reportedly found a large knife within arm’s reach of both suspects as well as drug paraphernalia.

The suspects were identified as 56-year-old Eddie Roundtree and 52-year-old Yvonne Pickle, both of Milford. They were each charged with possession of a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, second degree burglary, second degree conspiracy, carrying a concealed dangerous instrument, possession of drug paraphernalia, and criminal mischief under $1000.

Roundtree was held on an $11,750 cash bond, while Pickle was held on an $11,750 cash bond plus a $2,500 cash bond on an outstanding violation of probation warrant.
