Mardela defeats CSD to claim 1A region title

MARDELA SPRINGS, Md. – Mardela’s girls soccer team shutout Cambridge-SD to claim 1A Region Final Tuesday afternoon.

Mardela dominated possession and had three goals from Camryn Dorr and two goals from Ava Twilley on corner headers.

The Warriors are 1A region champions and move on to the state quarterfinals.
