Harriet Tubman Center to host fundraiser event for culture programs

CAMBRIDGE, Md.- A fun event is coming to the Harriet Tubman Center in Cambridge this weekend.

On Sunday, the center is hosting a comedy show called ‘Just Laugh’, along with a dinner. Ticket sales will go towards various youth programs at the culture center.

President of the Tubman Center Alex Green says the center is a staple on Delmarva, so they’re looking forward to continuing their efforts in educating the public.

“It gives us a chance to enhance and bring the younger generation in to find out their skill sets,” Green said.
