Good Morning Delmarva discusses the Harlem Wizards Basketball Game

WMDT – After the success of the first Harlem Wizards Basketball Game last year – the highly praised event is returning November 10th.

The Wizards will be competing against a team of Wicomico County Public School Teachers called the Sunrise Supersonics.

This morning, we’re joined by Bill Ferguson and Sherman Wood, head coach for Salisbury University football.

Sherman says the event is all about the kids and bringing them joy.

It’s gives community members a chance to represent the county while raising money for the Wicomico County school system.

The game will take place at James M. Bennett High School at 3 p.m.

Tickets for adults is $10 and with each adult ticket purchase, one student gets in free!
