First State Educate hosts educational workshop on Tuesday

DELAWARE – First State Educate is hosting another workshop on Tuesday, October 22nd at 5:30 p.m.

The workshop is a collaborative forum, focusing on school board accountability.

FSE continues to work with school boards across the First State. They hope to extend outreach efforts, to advocate for community members.

Executive Director Julia Keleher provides members with the knowledge they need in these workshops, to ensure they understand the ins and outs of the education system.

“To train community members around the roles and functions of school boards, and then the second one is for school board members themselves. The idea is we want both parties is sort of have the same information and understand the rules so they can work better together.”
