Easton rallies on the road to win 2A region

BERLIN, Md. – Easton rallied late to beat Decatur and claim the 2A region title Tuesday night.

After two quarters Decatur finally cracks the scoreboard with Jill Burton scoring on a pass from Josie Palmer.

Easton’s Myka Motovidlak on a break finds Georgia Spēs, who gets it and scores to tie the game at 1-1.

Addison Knox would score the winning goal in the final minute for the road team.

Easton holds off Decatur, claiming the 2A region title and go on to the state championship quarterfinals.
