LEWES, DEL- Lefty’s in Lewes has so much to offer to keep you entertained during your visit. Aleya Tingle the Digital Marketing Manager, gave WMDT a look around this one-of-a-kind business for Southern Delaware. She says”I think one of the things people enjoy the most about Lefty’s is that we are locally owned. We are a local space.”
It’s easy to find yourself spending the day here helping you get an escape from reality. Their arcade greets you as you enter, with Virtual Reality Games, crane games, and even a dancing game. Tingle says the space is used for a wide variety of special events throughout the week.”We have a lot of weekly events during the fall and winter months. With bingo, and musical bingo on Mondays. We have half-off pizza on Tuesdays. Wednesday we have game night trivia. Thursday we have karaoke night. Friday’s we do live entertainment or we have silent disco and Sunday’s of course is football season.”
Lefty’s offers multiple attractions to keep you busy during your visit. Tingle says they have a wide variety of fun attractions throughout the location “We have a top golf swing suite in the back. Mini duck pin bowling lanes. We have a private karaoke suite. Digital axe throwing digital axe throwing.” The Spare Room has been recently renovated to accommodate the new additions.
Tingle says they take pride in adding new experiences “We’re the first to get the top golf simulator in southern Delaware.” The simulator has an assortment of mini-games in every sport to try. With football, hockey, soccer, golf, and even pitching possible – there’s something for everyone. Tingle mentions that the simulator can pose for regular golfers “We’re able to create a little bit of twist with getting those golfers in here during the colder months. Also, groups that are unfamiliar with it and want to try it.”
Lefty’s also offers Digital Axe Throwing in the Spare room, where you can try out different axes and throwing stars. This continues to create a unique indoor experience rain or shine. Tingle mentions the unique aspect of this location “We set ourselves apart just including that aspect of fun on all levels. And for all demographics and groups.”
Tingle says the winter is their busy season at Lefty’s. They offer great food and beverage service directly to the attraction you’re at so you can keep the fun going.
