Delmar hands Cape Henlopen its first loss of the season

DELMAR, Del. –  The Delmar Wildcats move to 12-1 on the season after defeating Cape Henlopen 4-2. The Wildcats were led by Jordyn Hollamon’s three goals.

“We came out today and we worked hard and ran every single ball and tried to get a touch on every ball in the circle and we ended up scoring 4 goals which is a lot better than I hoped.  I’m really proud of our team and how we played… I think it’s more of trusting not only myself but my teammates as well and when I’m not doing my best I can trust my teammates around me to pick me back up and I think that’s really helped me this season. I’m very proud of our team and how we played,” she said.
