Delmar Diner announces re-opening

DELMAR, Md. – After days of uncertainty, the Delmar Diner has announced that it will re-open. This comes after a staff member made a lengthy Facebook post saying employees were in shock after the diner closed its doors abruptly this week. WMDT went to the diner Wednesday and found a closed sign, underneath it was an eviction notice stating the diner owed over $18,000 in rent. Diner officials took to Facebook Wednesday evening, sharing a post announcing that they will be back open this Friday and that they plan to do a deep cleaning.
