April incident leads to four arrests in Easton
EASTON, Md. – Easton Police have arrested multiple people in connection to an April incident.
Police say on April 16th, officers met with Raven Todd, who had numerous injuries to his head and reported that a woman had arranged a meeting with him at the Kohl’s parking lot. While in the parking lot, Todd was talking to people when he reportedly saw a man, identified as Tucker Eason, wearing a ski mask, along with other individuals. It was reported that Eason hit Todd in the back of the head with a beer bottle, while another person was in possession of a tire iron. Todd was allegedly punched several times.
The following day, officers met with another person reporting that his truck was shot in the Kohl’s parking lot the previous day. It was reported that the incident happened around the same time that Todd was assaulted. The truck owner told police he was sitting in his truck when he heard what he thought was a gunshot before seeing Todd changing a handgun magazine. Officers found that a bullet had hit the driver’s side rearview mirror and found a spent casing where Todd was described to have been standing when the gunshot was heard.
Detectives interviewed a witness, who identified the individuals who attacked Todd as Eason, Navelie White, and Blake Dorman. Detectives were also able to recover a video that showed the attack on Todd, and also found that Todd fired his gun after the assault was over and those present were fleeing the area.
On Thursday, officers arrested all four on active warrants.
Eason, White, and Dorman were each charged with first and second degree assault, reckless endangerment, false imprisonment, riot, disturbing the peace/disorderly, affray, and conspiracy.
Todd was charged with attempted first and second degree murder, first and second degree assault, reckless endangerment, and handgun on person, and is currently awaiting extradition from South Carolina.
