Voting town hall held at First Baptist Church

SALISBURY, Md – The Watchmen with One Voice Ministerial Alliance hosted a town hall on voter information. The NAACP, Greek letter organizations and the caucus of African American leaders are teaming up.

Your Voice is Your Vote town hall meeting focused on voter registration, early voting, mail-in ballots, and of course, the controversial Project 2025.

Pastor of the First Baptist Church Lewis Watson says the goal is to make people more knowledgeable about the voting process. “As we come together, we feel we can do a better job bringing our groups and entities together to inspire and inform the community about the election that’s coming up.”
