UMES STEM educator Brad Hartle and Good Morning Delmarva try the Kick Stick Challenge
WMDT – UMES STEM Educator Brad Hartle is back with another kid-friendly science experiment!
This morning, Jake and Jordie will be learning about the kick stick challenge where they will make their own battery powered kicking devices.
Materials you will need include a dc motor, AAA battery, duct tape, and craft sticks. Using these items, you can attempt to kick a small Styrofoam ball.
Hartle says it’s important that the battery wires reach the end of the stick for this to work.
This game is perfect for siblings or friends to try together.
