Tall Tales Taphouse hosting a fundraiser for Tyler Walsh

Parsonsburg, MD- Tall Tales Tap House will hold a fundraiser for Tyler Walsh and his family on Sunday, October 6th.

Tyler is a student at Stephen Decatur who is in critical condition after a tragic hit-and-run accident earlier this month.

Fundraiser organizers say their children are close friends with him, and they wanted to show all the support possible.

The event will kick off at noon and will run until 8 pm.

Megan Newberger a fundraiser organizer explains what attendees can expect at the event ” We’ll do baskets to raffle off and then like a silent auction for maybe some of the bigger things we get like get a skateboard or a surfboard we would do a silent auction.”

Another organizer Taylor Ashcraft says ” And we’re also doing a 50/50 raffle and the restaurant will be donating a portion of the sales that day directly to Tyler.”

Donations can also be dropped off at the restaurant Bour agave in Berlin at 104 North Main Street.
