Surprise retirement party held for Wicomico Co. employee

WICOMICO CO., Md. – Wicomico County recently celebrated the amazing 37-year career of Lori Carter.

Lori was the Director of Planning and Zoning and will be returning in less than 45 days as a Grant Administrator.
