Seahawks protected their home against the Golden Knights

GEORGETOWN, Del. – The golden Knights went to the Seahawks nest to face last year’s state champs Sussex Academy. The Seahawks showed they will be a formidable team once again in 2024, with a 2-0 victory over the Knights.

The game was intense with both teams were drawing yellow cards and had their fair share of fouls on both sides.

In the first half Andres Romero scored the opening goal in the 14th minute.

In the 27th minute Liam Stegall snatched the ball from the Knight defender, and passed it on to Romero who found the netting.
