Milford Police arrest man wanted by Pennsylvania State Police

MILFORD, Del. – A Milford man wanted by Pennsylvania State Police has been taken into custody.

On Friday afternoon, detectives observed a man, identified as 19-year-old Dana Legrand III, in the area of Kings Highway. Detectives learned that Legrand was wanted on drug and firearm-related charges by Pennsylvania State Police and subsequently took him into custody, finding him in possession of crack cocaine packaged for sale.

Legrand was charged with manufacture/deliver/possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. He was held in Delaware on a $10,000 cash only bail and will be extradited back to Pennsylvania at a later date.
