Loitering investigation leads to drug charges for Seaford man
SEAFORD, Del. – A loitering investigation early Thursday morning led to the arrest of a Seaford man on drug charges.
At around 5 a.m., an officer on patrol made contact with a man found to be asleep in a vehicle on the property of Chandler Heights. The officer warned the man that he was in violation of Chandler Heights’ no loitering policy and either needed to go into an apartment or leave the property.
Approximately 40 minutes later, the officer returned and reportedly found the man still asleep in the vehicle. The man, identified as 22-year-old Johnathan Dugazon, was arrested and charged with possession to deliver heroin, possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, and loitering. He was held on a $6,001 secured bond.
