Lincoln man arrested in Dover on firearm, drug charges

DOVER, Del. – A Lincoln man is behind bars on charges stemming from an incident Wednesday evening.

Just after 7 p.m., Dover Police contacted a wanted man, identified as 29-year-old Khiheim Hanzer, in a parking lot in the 500 block of North DuPont Highway. A subsequent search led police to find over $700 in suspected drug money, 22 bags of heroin, 3.2 grams of crack cocaine, and a loaded Glock 42 handgun on his person.

Hanzer was charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, three counts of possession of a firearm by a person prohibited, carrying a concealed deadly weapon, possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, and two counts of possession of a controlled substance. He was held at SCI on a $116,400 cash bail.
