Good Morning Delmarva discusses the Possum Point Player’s “Something Rotten”
WMDT – Are you a fan of theatrical performances?
The Possum Point Players is performing “Something Rotten” a musical starting Sept. 27th!
The show is a comedy set during the renaissance in England.
It was created by a grammy award winning songwriter and received 10 nominations for a Tony.
The director, Jim Hartzell, explains what made them decide to take on this famous production.
Hartzell says he picked the play because he had seen it many times on Broadway and it’s hilarious!

We’re told a lot has gone into making this production come alive and you can expect lots of wigs, makeup, costumes, and much more.
Show nights are September 27th through the 29th and October 4th through the 6th.
Tickets are $32 for adults and $30 for seniors and students
The Possum Point Players are also having auditions for their next production, A Christmas Carol, September 20th and October 1st.
