Free Wi-Fi now available in Riverwalk area of Milford
MILFORD, Del. – The City of Milford has announced that there is now free public Wi-Fi at the Riverwalk area.
The free Wi-Fi network is powered by Comcast and Cisco Meraki access points and will provide reliable and high-speed access throughout the Riverwalk area.
City officials hope this will allow more people to get outdoors while staying connected.
Sara LeBright the Executive Director of Downtown Milford, Inc. said “We are so thankful to the City of Milford for Wi-Fi downtown in the park. This will be instrumental in helping our Riverwalk Farmer’s Market flourish and be able to have speedy checkouts for their customers and our community. I absolutely love all the positive things I see happening in downtown Milford.”
This is a pilot program that aligns with the city’s commitment to providing modern amenities and fostering a vibrant community.
Those visiting the area can find the network under the name Milford-Free.
