Drug investigation leads to numerous charges for Milford
MILFORD, Del. – A man is behind bars following a drug investigation in Milford.
On Tuesday, detectives executed a search at a residence in the 900 block of SE 2nd Street following an investigation into the sale of illicit drugs. Police seized crack cocaine and three firearms, one of which was reportedly a “ghost gun”, or an untraceable firearm.
As a result of the investigation, 30-year-old Bobby Pitts was arrested and charged with possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony, three counts of possession, purchase, own or control a firearm or ammunition by a person prohibited, and numerous additional drug and firearm possession offenses. He was held on a $44,000 cash only bail.
