Dorchester Co. Teacher of the Year announced

DORCHESTER CO., Md. – Congratulations to Briana Beulah, who was named the Dorchester County Teacher of the Year.

Last weekend she was celebrated and honored by the Baltimore Orioles as part of the Maryland Teachers of the Year group.
