DEVELOPING: Serious crash under investigation in West Ocean City

OCEAN CITY, Md. – Crews are at the scene of a crash in West Ocean City.

We’re told the Ocean City Fire Department and Maryland State Police are at the scene of the reported crash with entrapment at Route 50 and Golf Course Road. Maryland State Police and Delaware State Police Aviation Units have been called in to fly two priority victims to a trauma center.

Route 50 Eastbound is down to one lane at this time, and traffic is being diverted to Golf Course Road.
