3rd Annual Shatter the Stigma Walk is coming to Wor-Wic Community College

SALISBURY, Md. – The Wicomico Goes Purple in part with Wor-Wic Community College, Walk Wicomico and the Wicomico County Health Department have announced the 3rd Annual Shatter the Stigma Walk and is being held on September 28th, 2024 at the Wor-Wic Community College. This event is free to the public and everyone is welcome to the Hazel Center Quad from 9:30 am – 11:30 am and the event will happen rain or shine. 

Activities and resources will be available the day of the event and include a DJ, dancing, face painting, Cascading Carlos, Journey the Therapy Pony, mascots, games, free snacks and giveaways plus much more. Free Naloxone training will also be offered at the event. They say registration is encouraged, but not required.
