22nd Annual Boardwalk ‘Parade of Brothers’

OCEAN CITY, Md. – On Wednesday, September 11th, a ceremony will be held in Ocean city remembering the sacrifice of so many first responders on 9/11.

The Red Knights Motorcycle Club, in partnership with the Ocean City Fire Department, will be holding the 22nd Annual Boardwalk ‘Parade of Brothers.’

Organizers say this yearly tradition is so important for honoring the legacy of those who lost their lives on that tragic day nearly 23 years ago.

“[We do this] so the younger generation will never forget the sacrifices that were made that day by the heroes, the first responders, and countless other acts of service to defend out nation’s freedom,” said Mike Fiazzo, Treasurer of the Red Knights Motorcycle Club.

The motorcycle parade down the boardwalk will begin at 11:30am, ending with a memorial service at the Ocean City Firefighter’s Memorial on North Division Street.
