Train Depot in Hebron promote “Stuff a Train” for school donations

HEBRON, Md. – All aboard in Hebron. The Train Depot is holding a “Stuff a Tain” for all school supplies for Pre-K through 5th grade.

Supplies donated will go to Westside Primary School in Quantico and Westside Intermediate in Hebron. Zachary Jones is the President of the Hebron Train Depot, a non-profit organization that started over 15 years ago. It’s one of the few historical sites left in Hebron.

President Jones says, similar to stuff a bus, they are stuffing the train to help the children in the community, which he says, is the whole point. “I’m especially asking for backpacks because there are some kids that don’t have backpacks… In the time that we’re in right now, everyone needs a little help. so, helping these kids, is our way of giving back to our community.”

They say they are accepting donations starting Friday, August 8th through September 28th and you can drop them off at the Train Depot
