MILFORD, Del. – A traffic stop in Milford early Friday morning led to two arrests.

While on patrol at around 3 a.m., an officer saw a black Kia sedan traveling through the parking lot of the Cypress Hall Development with no lights on. Due to the suspicious nature, the officer stopped the vehicle, and made contact with the driver, 33-year-old Joshua Reeves, and passenger, 29-year-old Timothy Frye. During the stop, the officer reportedly saw burglar tools and construction materials in the back seat, and subsequent investigation revealed that the pair entered a new construction property and stole construction materials.

Reeves and Frye were both charged with third degree burglary, possession of burglar tools, second degree conspiracy, and theft under $1500, and were released on their own recognizance. It was also learned that Reeves was wanted by the Camden Police Department in Delaware.
