UPDATE: Missing Fruitland man found

UPDATE: Fruitland Police say Elvis Bivens has been located.

FRUITLAND, Md. – Fruitland Police are asking for the public’s help finding a missing man.

We’re told 33-year-old Elvis Tyrone Bivens was last seen wearing a blue shirt, gray shorts, and black boots.
