Seaford Police searching for alleged rape suspect

SEAFORD, Del. – Seaford Police are searching for a man wanted in connection to a reported rape over the weekend.

At around 1:15 a.m. Saturday, officers were called to the 300 block of North Arch Street for a report of a disorderly subject. Contact was made with the victim, who reported that they had been sexually assaulted by a man, identified as Henry Perez-Mazariegos.

Perez-Mazariegos fled the scene prior to police arrival and is currently wanted for two counts of second degree rape. Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to contact Seaford Police at 302-629-6645. If you see the suspect, you are urged not to approach him and call 911 immediately.
