Planet Fitness trainer Jeremy Smoot shows Good Morning Delmarva a back-to-school routine
WMDT – Many kids are already back in school for another year and planet fitness trainer Jeremy Smoot wants to make sure students are still staying active.
This morning, Jeremy and a friend, will be showing us a full body workout you can do with a peer.
Jeremy tells us that this workout challenges you not just physically but mentally.
This workout focuses specifically on your memory and how many things you can remember.
Going back and forth, Jeremy and his friends switch between different exercises such as jumping jacks, high knees, squat jumps, and more.
Throughout the workout, they had a lot of fun and were a bit competitive!
