Millsboro man arrested for sexually soliciting minor

MILLSBORO, Del. – A Millsboro man is behind bars on charges stemming from an investigation into the sexual solicitation of a minor.

Last week, Millsboro Police arrested 67-year-old Michael Guerrieri, following an investigation by the Criminal Investigation Unit. It was learned through the investigation that Guerrieri allegedly instructed a juvenile to engage in prohibited sexual acts online with other adults and asked that videos be sent to him.

Guerrieri was charged with sexual solicitation of a child under the age of 18 and promoting sexual solicitation of a child under the age of 18. He was held at SCI on a $40,000 secured bond and issued a no-contact order with anyone under the age of 18.
