Md. program announces new pass aimed at encouraging residents, visitors to eat fresh seafood

Blobid0 1721236483428MARYLAND – Maryland’s Best, a marketing program of the Maryland Department of Agriculture, has announced the Maryland’s Best Seafood, Eat Food pass.

The goal of the pass is to encourage the consumption of fresh Maryland seafood. Those interested can go online and follow the instructions to download the web-based platform, and from there, select a restaurant on the list or seafood event. Individuals can then check in on the platform and build up points to win prizes,m including a Seafood, Eat Food cutlery set, water bottle, or t-shirt.

In addition, some participating restaurants may have special officers that can be redeemed and used towards building up points for prizes.
