UPDATE: Missing Dover veteran found

DOVER, Del. – Dover Police have issued a Green Alert for a missing veteran.

Police say 28-year-old Joseph Carey was last seen in the area of Delaware State Police Troop 5 at around 11:20 a.m. Tuesday and has not been seen since. He is described as being 5’8″, 215 pounds, and was last seen wearing a green hat, a red shirt with “Dewey” on the front, shorts, and brown sandals.
