Dorchester Co. TOY receives car

DORCHESTER CO., Md. – At Dorchester County Public Schools’ Back to School event on Friday, Katelyn Blair got a new set of wheels.

She won the county’s Teacher of the Year award this past school year. Special thanks to Hertrich Honda of Easton for providing the Honda CRV.
