Del. construction worker retires

SMYRNA, Del. – After working 35 years in the construction field and giving back to the community on the Delmarva Peninsula, Dale is finally retiring from Ironworkers Local 451.

He has dedicated his whole life to the field and giving back to the Smyrna community.
