City of Salisbury Announces Julie English as the New City Clerk

SALISBURY, Md – The City of Salisbury has announced Julie English as the new City Clerk. She has nearly a decade of dedicated service to the city and three years of experience as an Assistant City Clerk. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her new role.

Julie English stated “For the last three years, I have excelled in the position of Assistant City Clerk, which has prepared me for this new role,” said English. “I have worked for the City of Salisbury for almost ten years. During that time, I worked hard to gain the skills and experience needed to be a successful City Clerk. I appreciate the opportunity to further my time and continue being an asset to this City. I will meet and exceed the expectations for this role.”

English is a graduate of Wor-Wic Community College, holding an Associate of Arts Degree in General Studies.
