Worcester Co. Sheriff’s Office Employee of the Month honored

WORCESTER CO., Md. – Deputy Shakhan Toppin was named as the Worcester County Sheriff’s Office Employee of the Month for July.

Deputy Toppin has established an outstanding working relationship with Berlin Intermediate School and serves as an exemplary role model for all the children he encounters.
